Title: Parts Quality Analyst Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite) Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00-4:00 Duration: 1 month (Covering LOA) Pay: $35-$40/hr. What You'll Do As a Parts Quality Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining product integrity across our distribution network. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating inspections of current and incoming stock to identify and quarantine suspect parts. Managing rework and relabeling activities in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. Tracking inspection progress and reporting on quality metrics. Submitting and processing supplier claims for damaged or defective parts, ensuring compliance with company policies. Updating system flags and managing official quality announcements promptly. Supporting special projects and reporting as needed. What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in automotive parts. Experience: 2-4 years in the automotive industry with knowledge of parts catalogs and quality processes. Skills: Strong communication and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) and Smartsheet. Ability to create process maps and troubleshoot system issues. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
