We are looking for a passionate and organized Director of Recruiting & Volunteer Engagement (Volunteer) to help grow and sustain the heart of our organization—our volunteers. About the Volunteer Role As the Director of Recruiting & Volunteer Engagement, you’ll lead efforts to attract, onboard, and retain top-tier volunteer talent. Working within the Operations Committee, you will ensure every volunteer feels welcomed, valued, and supported in their role. Time Commitment 3–5 hours per week (remote, flexible schedule) Key Responsibilities Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies that reflect the network’s values and goals Manage the volunteer database and coordinate role assignments across departments Lead onboarding and orientation sessions to set volunteers up for success Collaborate with other department leads to ensure volunteers understand their roles and responsibilities Organize volunteer recognition programs and retention initiatives Monitor volunteer satisfaction and recommend improvements to the volunteer experience Qualifications Experience in HR, education, volunteer management, or community engagement Strong communication and leadership skills A genuine passion for people and community building Organized, reliable, and aligned with Network Over 30’s mission Volunteer Benefits & Compensation As part of our leadership team, you’ll receive: Opportunities for professional development and leadership training Public recognition and access to exclusive perks Participation in a mission-driven team of innovators and changemakers Potential commission or revenue-sharing opportunities Next Steps Click the Apply to Job link below Complete the application form Submit your application and help us grow the team that powers our community#J-18808-Ljbffr
