HVAC + Football Technician Dragon Seats (Jacksonville, FL)
Dragon Seats is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing operations team in Jacksonville, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on HVAC experience who is passionate about sports and wants to be part of a company that supports elite athletes and teams across the country.

Install, maintain, and service HVAC systems within Dragon Seats climate-controlled benches and equipment
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC units to ensure optimal performance
Support game-day operations, including setup, on-site maintenance, and breakdown of equipment at sports venues
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Communicate with operations team to coordinate schedules, logistics, and reporting
Assist in training seasonal staff or game-day technicians as needed
Maintain inventory of HVAC-related supplies and tools
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards

HVAC license preferred
~3+ years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair experience
~ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
~ Experience with portable or mobile HVAC systems a plus
~ Willingness to work weekends and be part of on-site team for live events
