HVAC + Football Technician – Dragon Seats (Jacksonville, FL)Dragon Seats is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing operations team in Jacksonville, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on HVAC experience who is passionate about sports and wants to be part of a company that supports elite athletes and teams across the country.Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and service HVAC systems within Dragon Seats’ climate-controlled benches and equipmentPerform diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC units to ensure optimal performanceSupport game-day operations, including setup, on-site maintenance, and breakdown of equipment at sports venuesConduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtimeCommunicate with operations team to coordinate schedules, logistics, and reportingAssist in training seasonal staff or game-day technicians as neededMaintain inventory of HVAC-related supplies and toolsEnsure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standardsQualifications:EPA Certification required; HVAC license preferred3+ years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair experienceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with portable or mobile HVAC systems a plusWillingness to work weekends and be part of on-site team for live eventsComfortable working in fast-paced, high-profile sports environmentsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordCompany Description:Dragon Seats™ is the leading provider of climate-controlled benches and sideline solutions for sports teams and corporate spaces.
