Mid-Senior Plaintiff-Side Employment Associate (Los Angeles, CA)
A respected Los Angeles litigation firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff-Side Employment Attorney to lead and build its new Employment Law practice area. This is a mid-senior level role ideal for an attorney who is ready to take ownership of a department and play a strategic role in the firm’s growth.
The firm is a well-established, high-performing litigation practice known for its client-focused approach, strong results, and commitment to justice. With a collaborative culture and an expanding portfolio, the firm is now adding employment litigation to its services and is looking for a strong leader to establish the practice.
The selected attorney will oversee all aspects of the Employment Law department, including case strategy, litigation management, workflow development, and collaboration with firm leadership. Lead and build the firm’s Employment Law practice area
3-10 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience
~ Strong command of relevant employment law claims
~ Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation matters
~ Strategic mindset and willingness to help build a practice from the ground up
~ Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Full-time, based in Los Angeles
In-office initially, with potential for hybrid flexibility later
The incoming attorney will have direct access to firm leadership, the ability to influence long-term strategy, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients and the firm’s future.
