This role is open to a candidate with construction experience and working in a fast-paced setting on multiple projects in a busy small GC office. Key Responsibilities: Own and lead your own projects from start to finish:Running a job – full cycle, start to finishProject Budgeting/Bidding/Customer ProposalProject SchedulingMaintain and update job Contact Sheet Maintaining job folders PermittingSubcontractor biding and awarding Site logisticsQuality controlLead & own project meetingsChange managementCost managementApprove invoices weekly/biweekly for paymentOwn project logs and all updates in a timely mannerOwn job Submittals process for your projectsManaging project turnover, phased occupancy, and closeoutManaging warranty requirementsSupporting the project’s Superintendent & labor with coordination of work on site, including supply of adequate materials, manpower, and equipment.Ordering Materials & Finishes for project.Out of State Permits & Licensing Qualifications:Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage details.A can-do attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Comfort with technology and an eagerness to learn new systems.Past Laborer/super experience is an important PLUSMust have at least 5+ years of experience and are able to run a project independently.Experience in Estimating & Bidding is a ++++++++ Benefits:Health insurancePaid time offParental leave401k (starting 1/1/26)
