This contract position in Minneapolis, MN, offers the opportunity to serve as a Specialized Instructional Coach focused on special education compliance within a K-12 school setting. Spanning from January 5th to June 5th, 2026, this role involves 36.25 hours per week supporting one school building. The primary responsibility is to guide and support educators in areas related to special education, intervention strategies, and the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). The coach will concentrate on due process compliance, ensuring that the school meets all legal requirements, timelines, and paperwork obligations for students with disabilities. This critical role helps maintain adherence to special education laws and supports educators in delivering effective instruction. Qualifications: Valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 teaching licenses Required licenses in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Emotional/Behavioral Disorders (EBD) at Tier 3 or Tier 4 level Experience in special education instruction and compliance Strong understanding of due process requirements and legal timelines in special education Ability to coach and mentor teachers in instructional strategies and compliance matters Excellent organizational and communication skills Location: West Education Center, Minneapolis, MN This position offers a unique opportunity to impact special education practices by ensuring compliance and supporting educators in delivering quality instruction.
