A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve an elementary school setting in Minneapolis, MN for the current school year (CSY). This role supports students by providing specialized speech and language therapy to enhance their communication skills and academic success. Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Monitoring student achievements and adjusting therapy plans as necessary Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting to comply with educational guidelines Desired qualifications and experience: Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school environment Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet diverse student needs Location: Elementary school in Minneapolis, MN Contract Duration: Current school year (CSY) This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners communication abilities in a supportive educational setting.
