We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Litigation Paralegal to join our distinguished legal team, with a focus on personal injury and civil litigation. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our attorneys to prepare for upcoming cases and will take lead responsibility for managing all phases of litigation—from case inception and discovery through trial and appeal. Flexible Work Schedules
Provide comprehensive litigation support to our attorneys, which includes managing large volumes of documents, creating and maintaining case management spreadsheets to track information, and coordinating document productions.
Conduct thorough document reviews and legal research to assist in the preparation of legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, deposition notices, and subpoenas.
Assist with the preparation and filing of all court documents and have knowledge of electronic court filings procedures.
Organize and manage electronic and hard copy document collections.
Manage and coordinate complex discovery processes, conduct factual investigations, and organize and prepare witness materials for depositions.
Attend trials acting as a liaison between trial attorneys, experts, witnesses, and in-house legal team.
Ensure legal compliance is met in all work, following established protocols and procedures.
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, specifically in Civil Litigation and Personal Injury.
Proficient in Document Review, Legal Case Management Software, and Legal Compliance.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large amounts of data in an efficient and effective manner.
