Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a registered radiologic technologist with cardiac certifications and strong experience in a procedural area, dedicated to promoting excellent patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:

Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
Assess patient conditions, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
Maintain a sterile environment.
Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in orientation of new staff.
Use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks.
Maintain strong professional working relationships with cardiologists and leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
Qualifications:

Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required during orientation; Current BLS maintenance required throughout employment
Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training within 6 months of hire, maintaining certification throughout employment
Previous procedural area experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

$27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
