Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the preparation of equipment, assessment of patient conditions, and maintenance of a sterile environment during cardiovascular procedures.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain all necessary equipment for procedures.
Evaluate patient conditions and prepare them for imaging procedures.
Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures.
Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care.
Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, sharing knowledge and expertise to facilitate their growth and development.
Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
One year of experience working in a Cath Lab setting is preferred.
Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or registered with the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
BLS certification is required, while ACLS training must be completed within 6 months of hire.
Benefits:
