Career Opportunities We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologist - Radiologic Imaging Specialist to join our Cath Lab team. This role involves preparing and maintaining equipment for cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient care, and establishing a sterile environment. Collaboration with cardiologists and serving as a preceptor for new staff are key responsibilities.
Job Description This position requires:
Prior experience working in a procedural area, preferably in cardiology or radiology
Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS)
Basic Life Support certification
Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire
A strong professional working relationship with physicians and leadership is essential for facilitating excellent patient care. Additionally, serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, and participating in the orientation of new staff, will be crucial for maintaining high standards in patient care.
Compensation and Benefits The estimated salary for this position is between $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience. Benefits include:
