Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead and oversee the Veeva QMS and QDocs implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.     
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure the program delivers business value.     
  • Quality Processes: Manage and oversee quality processes, including change control, deviations management, and document control.     
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the IT Program Manager to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the Veeva solution.     
  • Transition Management: Facilitate a smooth transition period in partnership with the current Business Program Manager, ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:

  •     
  • Experience: 10+ years of demonstrated Program Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.     
  • Veeva Expertise: Proven experience in delivering a Veeva QMS/QDocs solution in either a project or program management role.     
  • Quality Management: Strong background in quality processes, including change control, deviations management, and document control.     
  • Industry Fit: Must have a cultural fit for the pharmaceutical industry specifically within a highly regulated enviorment , with GxP experience being a plus.     
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.     
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Engagement Duration: Approximately 3 years.
