Cardiovascular Technologist

The Cardiovascular Technologist at Norman Regional Health System is responsible for preparing equipment, providing patient care, and maintaining a sterile environment during cardiovascular procedures. This role requires expertise in radiologic and cardiovascular technology to uphold high standards of care in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain all necessary equipment for procedures, ensuring proper function and sterility
Assess patient condition and provide individualized care to meet their needs
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols
Serve as a preceptor for new hires and ensure successful orientation and training
Requirements:
Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification required
One year of experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Benefits:
$27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience
