Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong nursing background and be skilled in various medical procedures and patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Conduct various medical procedures including phlebotomy, specimen collection processing, catheter care, and spinal taps.
- Perform airway management, inhalation therapy, and memory care for patients with specialized needs.

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Strong nursing background with a focus on patient care.
- Proficiency in airway management, catheter care, and discharge planning.

- Ability to provide specialized care for patients requiring memory care or behavioral health support.
