Mobile Therapy Centers (MTC) is a private practice with a progressive service delivery model, where the therapists come to the client. Over the last 16 years, Mobile Therapy Centers has evolved from a single therapist offering a single service to employing over 100 health professionals, who provide a multitude of high-quality customized therapeutic services (ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Counseling) for children, teens, adults, and families.

Mobile Therapy Centers (MTC) is looking for a passionate ABA *Clinical Manager (BCBA)* who is fluent in Applied Behavior Analysis. This is an opportunity to join a compassionate and driven organization committed to providing a high-quality service experience.

Clinical Manager is responsible for performing all duties of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA). This includes the evaluation, creation, and implementation of ABA Therapy plans. As well as accurate and reliable data collection, consultation, and training with family and staff.

_*BCBA Responsibilities and Duties*_
* Provides mentorship and supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure confidence, performance, quality, productivity, and morale
* Engage, mentor, manage (10-12) and inspire our team of BCBAs and RBTs while also handling a client caseload of up to 5 clients. Caseloads and managing direct based on business needs may increase temporary.
* Meeting billable hour requirement of 25 hours per week.
* Initiate and cover initial assessments and coverage needs while supporting communication with multidisciplinary teams to reduce timelines of speed to service for all disciplines within region.
* Conduct and oversee periodic audits of MTC required documentation within region.
* Collaborate with Scheduling and HR Department team members to ensure clients within their region are optimized and staffed within targeted timelines.
* Lead collaboration and problem solving with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to MTC’s core values.
* Ensure consistency of the delivery of training, processes, and adherence of company policies, by attending Clinic Leadership meetings for each respective clinic.
* Weekly meeting with discipline specific clinic team members to collaborate and review clinic client goal relevance and status, related BIP strategies. Share cueing supports and update treatment plans/schedule and designate primary evaluators as needed.
* Ability to remain committed to compliance with all internal policies and legal regulations in every area of the organization's daily activities. Including fostering development of short and long-term plans, policies, and guidelines in this area.
* Ensuring ABA treatment plans make deadlines with insurance and coordinate with billing any additional follow up.
* Conduct and oversee periodic audits of MTC required documentation within region.
* Conducts weekly Audits of Therapy Notes and ensuring completion/conversion.
* Assist with intakes, as well as discharge and transition planning for clients.
* Oversee clinic maintenance, appearance, suggested repairs, supplies and service needs (as needed).
* Travel to other clinics and corporate offices will be required.
* Other Duties as Requested.

_*BCBA qualifications and behavioral requirements:*_
* Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field required
* Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
* Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) required
* Empathetic and compassionate individual with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
* Ability to work independently to problem solve and exercise clinical judgment
* An effective communicator in both verbal and written formats
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
* Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook; ability to use new computer systems and iPads.
* Ability to work in a variety of locations (center, patient home, etc.) and with a variety of clients with behaviors.
* Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance for some locations
* Must pass tuberculosis test
* State License
* Valid Driver’s license and registered vehicle insurance.
