*JOB DESCRIPTION*

* Oversee Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists
* Conduct FBAs
* Write Progress Reports
* Design intervention/treatment plans
* Provide Parent Training
* Provide field training to Behavior Interventionists
* Participate in team meetings
* Participate in Quality Assurance

*QUALIFICATIONS*

* Passionate about working with children and families
* Bilingual in Spanish
* Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
* Master's degree in Psychology or in related fields.
* Ability to pass a background clearance
* TB clearance
* Excellent knowledge in report writing
* Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Minimum of 1 years of experience of Clinical Supervision (in-home and school setting)
