Job Title: Sonographer

Job Location: Arlington, TX

Job Type: Contract - 13 weeks

Job Duties:
* Operates ultrasound equipment used to produce complex diagnostic scans to ensure optimal patient care.
* Evaluates and verifies the image quality according to PHHS standards to ensure the observance of quality control protocol.
* Reviews and interprets intermediate/complex exams with attending physician to determine if additional procedures are required.
* Identifies and distinguishes appropriate modality of cardiac ultrasound including motion mode, Doppler, two dimensional and colour flow and operates ultrasound to ensure the most effective sonographic records.
* Completes, logs, and distributes billing reports to appropriate individuals to ensure the accuracy of patient charges.

Job Requirements:
* Minimum 1+ year of recent experience as Sonographer including OB/GYN is required.
* OBGYN discipline required,
* Fetal Echo certification strong preferred
* Travel Experience.

Education:
* High School Diploma/(GED)

Certificates:
* BLS (AHA)
* ARDMS (OB/GYN)

Schedule:
* Day Shift
* 4x10 with day off during week
