_LCSW Therapist _
We are a expanding our team of Licensed Clinical Social Workers who provide mental health services in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Southern and Central Illinois. We also provide telehealth services to people of ages. The candidates for this position(s) would be someone comfortable with both in-person and telehealth counseling.

We are enthusiastic about the services we provide and are looking for passionate, intelligent, and dependable LCSW's to join our diverse team We credential our practitioners with a variety of insurance panels as well as work with a billing company to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.

We have an emphasis on the geriatric population, and travel to our clients, omitting a traditional office setting. Our clients are seen in a variety of settings including the possibility of in-home and telehealth. Candidates should have a passion for the elderly, as well as being a team player, while also a free thinker with problem solving capabilities. Organization and time management skills are a must. Must have reliable and secure internet for telehealth sessions.

Qualified applicants must hold an active Illinois license for independent practice. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. Travel is ideally a 30 mile radius from home. We have a variety of options for a caseload from a few hours a week to full-time, and everything in between.
