Lease Administration Coordinator

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Lease Administratorto join our team in Woonsocket, RI. This is a 4+ month onsite contract role

Pay rate $21.69 per hour.

The Lease Administration Coordinator is an in office position acting as additional support for the Lease Document FIle Room, assisting with coordination of department mailing, filing, monitoring and routing emails that come into the department email inbox, invoice uploads and other clerical duties as needed. This position will also be responsible for assisting in ad hoc projects.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 1+ years of professional work experience, preferably in a high volume data entry or customer service office setting
  • 1+ years Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel and Outlook
  • Use quantifiable terms such as years of experience or numbers that highlight scope (# people managed, budget owned, sales quotas, etc)
  • Do not use subjective terms like "good"
  • Focus on the performance of the position to accomplish business-related goals that are relevant to the Roles/Responsibilities listed above
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Real Estate Databases - ARIBA - Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight scheduled guidelines. - Ability to clearly, accurately, and professionally communicate verbally and via email with internal and external customers and establish effective working relationships. - Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a high paced team environment.

Education: Verifiable HS diploma required; Associates degree preferred

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.EST
