In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes identifying and implementing goals and objectives for facilities management, modernization, and/or sustainment; developing and managing government construction projects; Overseeing support services such as transportation, parking, supplies and services, food serves, etc.; managing complex building infrastructure systems to include such areas as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and safety; counselling and instructing employees on work and administrative matters.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
