Generations at Neighbors in Byron, Illinois, has an Immediate Ppening for a Restorative Aide. Must be a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant).

This is a Full-Time opportunity with a 7a-3:30p schedule, Four Days a Week, Plus Every Other Weekend.

Starting pay rate of between $20.00 and $21.00 per hour, depending level of experience.

Plus Sign on Bonus of up to $3,000, paid immediately, Paid Hourly

Responsibilities of the Restorative Aide (CNA):

Collaborate with our Director of Restorative Services
Assist with rehabilitation and maintenance of our residents' life skills
Work with restorative team to help our residents achieve their highest level of functioning
Maintain resident documentation, records and charts to ensure an accurate, up-to-date account of the residents' medical treatments

Requirements:

Restorative Aide (CNA):

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), license from the State of Illinois
High School Diploma
Restorative experience
Restorative Nursing Certification a plus, but not required
Experience in Long-Term Care desirable
Knowledge of laws and regulations in terms of Long Term Care preferred
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
