- The customized program will be completed at Optum Tri-State facilities in New York and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary and specialty care the practice environment that will require a commitment of only a few hours per month.

Optum Tri-State was formed in 2022 by bringing together Riverside Medical Group, CareMount Medical and ProHealth Care. The regional alignment combines resources and services across the care continuum - from preventative medicine to diagnostics to treatment and beyond. Required Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O.
- Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in New York.
New York Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $33,280 to $41,700 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
