We do all of this with kindness, empathy and respect for each other.DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Research, design and develop audio algorithmsImplement robust embedded software using modern C++ constructsOptimize audio algorithm implementations using vectorized instruction setsQualificationsSUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS8+ years' experience developing audio signal processing algorithms.Strong knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP) fundamentals.In-depth knowledge of audio effects, spatial audio, microphone processing, speech processing, natural language processing and psychoacoustic models.Experience designing and training machine learning models for audio processing use cases.Experience developing software in C++.Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, with emphasis in DSP.Proficient in Matlab or PythonPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS• MS degree This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time. This position includes a base salary range of $159,972 - $239,958 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
