*Position Title*: Cath Lab Technologist
*Facility Address*: Elmhurst, IL
*Shift time: * 4- 10 hour shifts 7a – 530 with rotating day off

*Schedule Details:* 10 hr Day/ *Hours per Week:* 40hrs

*Length of Assignment:* *13+ WEEKS with possible extend*
*Pay rate: $62-64/hr. On W2 without benefits. *

*\*NO MORE THAN 7 DAYS OFF REQUESTED\**

*Required:*

· ARRT, IL License

· AHA- BLS / ACLS

· ID proof

· 1 reference from a Cath Lab supervisor within a year

· skills checklist

*Weekend Rotation:* rotating on call (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

*On-call Requirements:* 6-8 days per month; including one weekend; Call back time 30 minutes

*Holidays Requirements:* As needed

*Experience Required:* 5+ year recent Cath Lab exp, multi-special lab and need high experience nurses in EP\\Cath\\IR

*License Required:* ARRT, IL License

*Certificates Required:* BLS / ACLS

*Needed to Submit:* Current resume, 1 reference from a Cath Lab supervisor within a year, skills checklist, verification of IL lic
