Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in a short-term acute care hospital setting.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented technologist to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other team members, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
  • Administer medications as ordered, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures, reporting outcomes and making adjustments as needed.
  • Transport patients as required, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a technologist, with a strong foundation in catheterization laboratory procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as follow verbal directions.
  • Physical stamina to remain in a stationary position, move about, and lift equipment as needed.
