Required Qualifications:
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Certification as a Breast Health Navigator upon hire, or within 2 years of hire into position.
- 3 years of experience, preferably within women's health, i.e. breast health, oncology, and/or surgical services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Coursework/Training: Breast health related education.
- Breast health related planning, case management or similar experience.
