We are seeking a Manager, Analytics Consulting – Financial Operations and Revenue Cycle:

To lead a team performing reporting, data analysis, modeling, and projections in financial operations, revenue cycle management, and managed care.
To work with leaders across the enterprise in transforming data into critical insights that optimize patients’ financial experience while driving the bottom line.
To guide the development of custom analytic tools as well as leverage reporting capabilities in Epic and other applications to deliver dashboards, interactive reports, and business intelligence capabilities.
To lead and continuously develop a dynamic group of analytic consultants growing their skills and competencies in analytics.

Bring your:

Ability to define, develop, and leverage solutions to analyze huge quantities of data and glean understanding and insight.
Healthcare industry knowledge, financial analysis acumen, and desire to help others advance their capabilities in these domains.
Experience with Epic including Clarity Data Model, Revenue Data Model, Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Caboodle, and SlicerDicer
Passion for Enterprise Data Governance.
Enthusiasm and experience in leading people to perform their best and continually grow.
Ability to think critically, learn continuously, and share ideas.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Four (4) years relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Required
Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Preferred
Work Experience
Demonstrated success leading (direct or indirect) cross-functional teams that deliver data and analytics solutions. Required
Demonstrated success forming and sustaining collaborative, trusted-advisor relationships with stakeholders and Information Services/Analytics colleagues. Required
Demonstrated success improving analytics standards, processes, data literacy, and data governance. Required
Demonstrated success using and improving the adoption of enterprise standard analytics tools and platforms. Required
Demonstrated success developing analytic solutions that are highly aligned with the information needs of organizational leadership and directly affect the ability of leadership to position the organization for success along multiple dimensions. Required
Demonstrated success working on or leading initiatives that use agile methods. Preferred
Five (5) years professional experience in analytics and related applications with two (2) years increasing leadership responsibilities in these areas. Preferred
Two (2) years leadership experience within healthcare analytics. Preferred
Healthcare subject matter expertise including at least five (5) years data and/or analytics experience in a health system, academic medical center, or health payer organization. Preferred
