This Critical Access Hospital is known for its patient-first commitment to quality care and has a reputation for treating patients and families with dignity and respect. This hospital offers numerous services to the community and surrounding areas.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, The Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will be responsible for leading the Revenue Cycle Department overseeing Patient Accounting, Third Party Payors, Billing, Collections, and Credits. In addition, the Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will partner with the CEO and CFO implementing effective Revenue Cycle processes to ensure the organization has a successful future.
The Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will provide tracking and monitoring for KPIs and Revenue Cycle Metrics and will take on the task of translating data to present to the CFO. The Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will maintain a strong team and administer professional development and training for the Revenue Cycle staff.
This hospital will only consider candidates with good tenure, minimal consulting experience, and experience working in a CAH located in California.
