The Interim Director of Nursing will step into a critical role, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer and physician ownership. The ASC Nurse Consultant's mission will be to maintain and enhance the high standards of patient care and operational efficiency across the outpatient surgical facilities during this transitional period. This Interim Director of Nursing role is ideal for a seasoned nursing professional who excels in adapting quickly to new environments, implementing rapid improvements, and providing steady leadership during times of change.
