  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00a-3:00p
  • Job Setting: Outpatient
  • Types of Cases: Primary Care and Wellness, Ages 3 and Older
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 14 Days
  • Must have an active Washington state license
  • Must be Board Certified
