We are seeking a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established, private family practice and provide primary care for patients of all ages with a focus on treatment of acute illness, management of chronic disease and preventative care. This position is great for the nurse practitioner who enjoys working directly with patients to help identify and address acute and chronic medical conditions.

*Responsibilities*

Conduct comprehensive health examinations

Order and analyze diagnostic tests

Counsel patients about options for their medical conditions

Prescribe medication as needed

Manage overall patient care

Provide patient education on disease processes and adherence to treatment

Educate and support patients on disease prevention/preventative care

Perform minor procedures such as biopsies, suturing and wound care

Collaborate with physicians/healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care

*Qualifications*
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Washington
Clinical training in Family Medicine

Board certification in Family Medicine
Computer literacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Our patients are loyal and appreciative of the personalized care they receive at our office. This position is ideal for a nurse practitioner who enjoys people and finds joy in developing long-standing, collaborative relationships with patients.
