  • Schedule Information
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks.
  • Start Date: ASAP.
  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40.
  • Shift Requirements: 8hr day shifts, primarily 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with 1 hour generally blocked each day for documentation.
  • On Call/Call Back Requirements: Rotation of 1 weekend every 4 weeks for urgent PT evaluations. Holiday rotation.
  • Weekend/Holiday Requirements: As needed for call.
  • Unit Specific Information
  • Rehab services departments provide a range of therapies.
  • Team includes physical therapists, PT assistants, occupational therapists, OT assistant, contract PRN occupational therapists, contract PRN speech therapists, rehab scheduling specialists, an exercise physiologist, and an RN in cardiopulmonary rehab.
  • Modalities offered include electrical stimulation, ultrasound, mechanical traction, kinesiotaping (Rock-tape brand), and dry needling.
  • Typical daily caseload is 5-8 scheduled patient sessions per day.
  • Additional Details
  • Scrub Colors: Business casual.
  • Unit Overview: 24-bed critical access hospital with various therapy services.
  • Case mix diagnoses include a variety of conditions treated across the entire lifespan.
  • Entirely on-site work with no remote location responsibilities.
