In order to qualify, you must meet the education and experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service which includes providing guidance and recommendations on Engineering and Construction organization, structure, manpower, budget, and training needs; evaluating Military and Civil Works Programs including reviewing and recommending approval of Architect-Engineering program details; and planning and coordinating professional engineering work by setting priorities and preparing work schedules.
