Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to provide exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
  • 2-5 years of supervisory/management experience in a long-term care setting
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing rehabilitation center
