*Responsibilities:*
* Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
* Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care for assisted living and memory care residents.
* Assists in gathering information for assessments per direction for RN-ADD
* Assist with scheduled of care staff
* Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
* Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
* Perform additional tasks as required.
*Skills and Requirements:*
* Must have a current MN LPN or RN license and be in good standing.
* Ability to train staff for optimum care of residents.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks.
* Skills in problem definition and resolution.
* Ability to focus all efforts toward quality resident care.
