Job Posting Summary Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is looking to hire a Registered Nurse for inpatient Wound Care. This Wound Care RN position is a full-time days position. As a Wound Care RN, your responsibilties include: * Providing evaluation of patients with ostomy/draining wounds * Initiating plan of treatment and ongoing evaluation * Consulting primary RN and providing reports to physician * Identifying educational needs of nursing personnel and conducts inservices on ostomy, skin, wound, and fistula care * Providing multidisciplinary care with rehab professionals, RNs, doctors, social services, and support * Instructing patient/families in use of wound care prodcuts and participation in the plan of care This Wound Care RN position will be primarily located at Baptist Jacksonville.
