Milestones Therapy Group is hiring full-time speech-language pathologists for school-based positions in the Placentia/Yorba Linda area. We are an SLP-owned company, offering high pay, excellent benefits, and superior clinical support from the owner. Full-time employees are eligible for medical insurance, access to 401k plan, as well as a subscription to a therapy materials library and a subscription to unlimited CEUs.

Duties:
- Plan, organize and provide diagnostic services and therapy for clients with speech and language disabilities as described in client's IEP/treatment plan; demonstrate, teach and instruct pupils in language and speech development processes; perform diagnostic assessment in determining speech and language performance levels; aid in the development of academic, social, and other educational skill areas; and do other related functions as required.

- Manage assigned caseload including: scheduling, writing and holding timely initial/annual/triennial IEPs, maintaining communication with parents and staff, reporting on progress, and maintaining and submitting accurate and timely documentation as required.

Credential Requirements:

CA SLP license or SLP services credential
