Job Summary:

Our Team is growing Coach USA-Dillon’s is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented candidate to provide support to the Safety Manager in a fast-paced transportation office. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a team environment and working with the public. Excellent phone skills are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule drivers for DOT physicals, BP/DM follow-ups, and BTW training
  • Submit drivers’ medical cards to DMV
  • Run MVRs
  • Assisting in gathering data from accidents/incidents such as photos, GPS, etc.
  • Manage drivers’ hours of service records
  • Schedule drivers for Safety Meetings
  • Order safety supplies
  • Responsible for Saucon and driver logs/EDVIR, etc.
  • Assisting with additional responsibilities as needed by Safety Manager or GM
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong Communication Skills (Written/Verbal)
  • Proficient Knowledge of MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel)
  • Ability to Work Independently
  • Ability to meet Deadlines
