MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Current Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)license in state of practice.
One year of current pediatric experience is preferred.
Have a passion for creating change in the lives of children and their families.
Have a steadfast commitment to ongoing growth and learning.
Use your communication skills and personality to connect with children and their families.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilizing time management skills to complete all documentation for evaluations by the 5-business day deadline and 24 hours for SOAP note documentation.
Instructs, teaches, and supervises patients and their families on physical therapy procedures and programs related to the patient's therapy.
Conducts patient care conferences to review progress for patients.
Documenting in session, utilizing any cancellations to finish documentation, and/or preparing for another session.
Participates in staff development activities and in-service training.
Keeps work area clean and sanitized while placing all sanitized materials back where found.
