Duties:
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for medical procedures
- Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to gather required information
- Maintain accurate records of authorizations and follow-up as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant guidelines
- Collaborate with the medical billing team to resolve any authorization-related issues

Skills:
- Proficiency in insurance verification processes
- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and ICD-9 coding
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting
