What you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Solutions Specialist at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
- 1 year of relevant work experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in cargo claims
- 1 year of experience working in transportation operations or a logistics environment
- 2 years of experience investigating customer complaints/issues and resolving problems to the customer's satisfaction
- Experience working as a member of an integrated team
- Customer service knowledge with the ability to advocate for the customer
- Knowledge and understanding of the basic requirements for freight movement
- Able to effectively cross-train other employees

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Provide a single point of contact for premium customers
