*Rate:* $21.00-$25.00+ _(based on experience) _

*Shift:* 1st, 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday _(5x8) _

*Essential Functions: *
* Perform routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, e.g., window, door, or wall repair.
* Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
* Complete preventative maintenance activities.
* Routine equipment repair and part replacement.
* Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
* Participate in equipment and work cell improvement activities.
* Basic tasks to maintain building and property.
* Other duties as requested by management.
* Work is typically performed at production floor or maintenance office.

*Qualifications: *
* Basic knowledge of pneumatics, plumbing and electrical systems.
* Problem solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
* 2 to 3 years of maintenance experience or technical training.
* Able to lift 50+lbs waste on occasion.
