Surdy Psychological Services is looking for an empathetic, independent Children's Mental Health Counselor (LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT) to join our team. We are open to applicants who are working towards LPCC licensure and we offer supervision for LPCC only at no extra cost. A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work is required, and we prefer someone with experience providing therapy services to kids. Our agency strives to provide a welcoming and relaxed environment with the support of a collaborative group, while allowing clinicians the flexibility to choose their clients, hours, and more. Clinicians also have the option to split their time between the office and home (via telehealth). There are no set hours required, however we would like all clinicians to see at least twenty-five clients per week.

Responsibilities:
Provide high quality, compassionate, and ethical services to clients that enable the client to develop mental wellness and stability.
Coordinate services with other mental health professionals, family/guardian, medical personnel and others as appropriate and necessary.
Conduct diagnostic assessments, and develop and implement individual treatment plans for assigned clients with specific measurable goals and objectives.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical charting using Simple Practice (EHR). Update and maintain client files as required and necessary per specified guidelines. Secure all client information per HIPAA standards.
Participate in meetings and case consultation as required/necessary and be an active team member.
