Key Responsibilities
Drive exceptional client service and cultivate lasting client relationships.
Provide comprehensive tax compliance and consulting services to individuals, partnerships, trusts, non-profits, and corporations across diverse industries.
Review and manage complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts.
Lead the successful execution of tax projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct research on moderately complex tax issues and deliver insightful analysis and recommendations.
Develop and nurture strong client connections, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Take on client billing responsibilities where applicable.
Mentor, manage, and guide a team of professional tax staff, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
CPA certification or CPA exam eligibility preferred but not required.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
Proven experience in personnel management.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CCH Axcess, and QuickBooks.
