Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to join our team. As a Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our organization. This position requires a strong background in pediatrics, medical records, patient care, and training development. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee the development and implementation of training programs for medical professionals in various settings such as nursing homes, hospitals, home care, and ICUs - Collaborate with subject matter experts to create educational materials and resources - Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop strategies to address them - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools - Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress - Provide support to medical professionals by answering questions and addressing concerns related to training programs - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in medical terminology Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, adult education) - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical education setting - Strong knowledge of pediatrics, medical records, patient care, and training development - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient in using technology for training purposes (e.g., learning management systems) - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
