Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.58
Hours: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Friday (Paid Lunch and breaks) 
No Former experience needed, we certify you after 20 weeks along with 5% pay raise 

What’s a typical day as an FPI Inspector? You’ll be:
• Achieving and maintaining qualification per Q3001C002, including examinations and visual acuity testing.
• Performing white/black light visual inspections on ceramics balls to SKF or customer specifications, at various magnifications, utilizing magnifiers, microscopes, etc.
• Performing fluorescent penetrant processing.
• Ensuring applicable inspection equipment is in calibration before use.
• Assuring applicable materials are identified clearly with HMIS labels.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of inspection stations and assuring no balls remain from previous inspections.
• Maintaining penetrant baths, equipment, and standards.
• Working safely around high heat ovens and baths using PPE.
• Reporting inspection results clearly and accurately.
• Identifying, segregating, and initiating Discrepancy Reports for nonconforming product.
• Complying with stamp control procedures.
• Ensuring lot and sample traceability.
• Reading new and revised specifications when mandated.
• Performing any and all tasks assigned by the department Manager.
