- Seeking an Inpatient PMR Director for expanding Rehab Department.
- Serve population of over 800,000 within a 42-county area in southwest Georgia
- 25 Plus Inpatient Rehab and licensed for 24 LTACH (consult opportunities)
- Support full continuum of post-acute care including LTACH, skilled nursing, hospice, home health, and outpatient rehabilitation
- Hospitalist team medically manages 100% of all admissions
- Designated a Primary Stroke center for its excellence in stroke care and prevention
- Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit fiscal year data:
- 25+ IPR beds with potential for more
- Total admissions = 257
- CMI = 1.376
- Discharge to community: 79%
- Functional change: above national average (+3.7 points)
- Patient Experience: 84%
- Provide care for patients impacted by multi-trauma, other non-traumatic neurologic disorders, cardiac disease, and
amputation.
