*Summary: *We are actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring and compassionate team LPNs interact directly with our residents, providing quality person-centered care.

*Responsibilities:*
* Administers nursing services and assigns duties to Nursing Assistants and other designated personnel, assuring each resident’s needs will be met during the assigned shift
* Provides report to Nursing Assistants
* Makes rounds of the assigned unit frequently during the shift, providing intervention as needed.
* Remains attune to the needs of the unit, while administering other nursing tasks during the entire shift
* Prepares and administers medications as ordered; Reorders medications as needed in preparation for future shifts; Assesses and documents medication issues as per policy
* Provides special procedures as ordered
* Performs any other tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
