The home health aide who joins this team of licensed professionals will be working under the direct supervision of a nurse; you will be tasked with administering medication and assisting with activities of daily living. Monday – Friday; multiple shifts available

Shifts available:
* 7 AM - 3 PM
* 3 PM - 11 PM

The base pay for this position is $18 to $22 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer. This is a temp-to-perm role; you can gain access to company benefits, paid-time, off, and more

*Responsibilities:*
* Work in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan
* Take vital signs, serve meals, and assist with all activities of daily living
* Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
* Serve as a conduit between patients, nurses, and doctors
* Record and communicate all issues to medical staff; transport patients when necessary
* Set up the necessary equipment for nurses and doctors as requested
* Demonstrate ability to screen and refer for psychosocial problems
* Utilize electronic medical record, or available technology/equipment in providing care
* Serve as patient/family advocate; provide age-appropriate education to patients/family

*Requirements:*
* 1+ years of experience in a nursing home or home care setting preferred
* Must have Home Health Aide Certification
